Happy New Year everyone!
It’s January first here, the day where millions of people set their new year’s resolutions. And it’s also a day where a couple of million will fail to reach their goals already. Quitting smoking is an example of a goal like that.
There’s usually two problems with new year’s resolutions:
1. Virtually unattainable goals
2. Not knowing how to actually reach their goals
The focus on this blog post in not on the goal setting part of the equation, because setting goals is the easier part.
Getting to your goals is something entirely different though!
